The one promise
Training is free and stays free. Plans, logging, the glasses, motion tracking and export all run on your device, with no account and no signal, and they keep working whether you ever subscribe or not.
What the subscription buys is the cloud. Keeping your history on our servers so it follows you between devices and survives a lost phone, and TEMPO COACH reading it. Those are the two things that cost us money, so those are the two things that cost you any.
Cancel and nothing is taken from you: the app on your device carries on, and the history already in your account stays readable and exportable. New sessions simply stop being copied up until you come back.
What it actually does
- Reads your log, not a template. Its advice cites your last two weeks — if it says you benched three times this week, you did.
- Listens to today. "Shoulder's cranky, slept five hours, still want to pull heavy" is a valid program input, and it outranks the plan.
- Writes real workouts. Ask for one and it lands in your picker on every device — the glasses execute it like any plan you wrote.
- Sees the rest of your day. Daily cardio, habits like push-ups on waking — log them once, and the coach accounts for them.
What it is not
Not a doctor, not physiotherapy, not a medical device. It is a training consultant working from your logbook. Pain means a professional, and the coach will tell you exactly that.
Privacy, plainly
A consult sends a summary of your training and your message to our AI providers to produce the answer, then it is done — dictated audio is transcribed and discarded, nothing is sold, and providers do not train on it. Details in the Privacy Policy.
